Take the routine out of design

Specs pulled, checked and filed

The spec comes from Figma, measurements are checked and colorways drafted. The designer approves what goes to the factory.

How Lokstep works

Every system, connected

Your ERP, store, spreadsheets and the files you receive are connected where they are. Nothing is replaced.

One record everything agrees on

Every record has one owner. A change made once is a change everywhere.

Agents that show their work

Rules handle what is known. Agents handle what takes reading. Every step is logged.

Ask where you already work

Answers come back in the chat, or as pages in your browser. Nothing new to learn.

Security4.0

Your data stays yours. AI is only as useful as the data underneath it. Lokstep ensures your data is safe in a repository of your own, encrypted wherever it goes, and free of any one system or model.

01

Your own repository

Records, rules and history live as plain files in a private repository you own. Every version is kept, and any of them can be restored.

02

Encrypted where it is kept

Records are encrypted in storage and on the way between your systems, so they can be read only on your screen and where the work is being done.

03

Agnostic to systems and models

Swap the model, keep the system. Your records, rules and workflows stay the same whichever model or tool is in use, so your data is never locked inside someone else’s product.

FAQ

Is my data safe with Lokstep?

Your records, rules and history live as plain files in a private repository you own. They are encrypted where they are kept and on the way between your systems, and nothing reaches your systems until a person on your team approves it.

Do we have to replace the software we use?

No. Lokstep works with the systems you already run, as they are: your ERP, your store, your spreadsheets and the files you receive. Nothing has to be replaced.

Which AI models does Lokstep use?

Whichever you choose: Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok, Copilot or the next one. You can swap the model at any time and keep the system, with your records, rules and workflows unchanged.

Do we need to know how to code?

No. You ask for what you need in plain words, in the chat you already use. Answers come back in the chat or as a page your team can open in the browser.

Where do you start?

At the bottleneck: the one place everything else waits on. We audit how the work really runs, evaluate the system on your own past work, and deploy it with a person approving what goes live.

Who owns what you build?

You do. The foundation, its rules and every change to it are yours, kept in files you own. If you move on, it all stays with you.

Does anything change in our systems without approval?

No. Every change waits for a person on your team to approve it, and each one is logged with who approved it.
